Ten o'clock count: six. Even, allegedly safe, and incidentally consistent with marsh-gas ignition distributed along the waterline. I keep telling this board: methane, barometric pressure, and the human eye's love of patterns explain every sighting we have ever logged here. I stay in this thread so someone in it has a control group.🕷️

Doc. Gas doesn't recount itself when you look away. They aren't lost, either. That's the old mistake. They're looking for the one that was taken from them. Check your parish paper's lost-and-found column sometime. When it turns up, this thread can finally close.
